Who we are
These terms are set by ScamZino Team, the publisher of scamzino.com: an independent research project, not a registered company.
What Scamzino is
Scamzino publishes information about online casinos: their terms, licence records, ownership and payout record. We are not a casino, we do not take bets or payments, and our pages are not financial or gambling advice.
Information has a date
Every fact on the site shows the date we checked it against its source. Casinos change their terms and licences, so read the casino's current terms before you deposit. A good score is not a promise that a casino will pay.
Age and location
Gambling is for adults of the legal age in your province or country (18 or 19 in Canada).
Written for readers in Canada (excluding Ontario and Alberta); in some other countries and regions pages are shown differently or not at all.
Paid links
Some casino links will be paid links marked “Paid link”; there are none yet. Once they go live, we will earn a commission if you sign up through them; commission never affects a score or the order of casinos (How we make money).
Notices about content
Anyone can tell us about content they believe is unlawful or wrong. Send the page address, an explanation, your name and email address, and a statement that the notice is accurate and made in good faith. We confirm receipt within 2 working days.
Notices about copyright, trademarks or defamation go to the legal address; notices under the EU Digital Services Act go to the DSA address. How we handle them: Notices about content.
Decisions and reasons
If we remove or restrict content after a notice, we tell the sender and, if we have their contact details, the person concerned: what we decided, why, and that they can contest it by replying to our email.

Our content and others' marks
Texts, data tables and scores on Scamzino are ours. Short quotations from casino terms are attributed and used for review and criticism. Casino, payment and provider names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.
Liability
We check our pages with care but cannot guarantee that every fact is complete or current. We are not a casino, hold no player money and are not liable for deposits, bets or losses at any casino or for decisions taken on the basis of our pages.
Changes
When these terms change, the date above changes.
