When you read the site
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical data of each request (IP address, browser, requested page) in its own systems to deliver the page and to protect the site from attacks. Scamzino does not keep IP addresses: the per-request log that our host offers is switched off, and the records we keep ourselves hold no IP address and no browser identifier, except the error record described below.
To choose which version of a page to show, we use the country and region that Cloudflare derives from your connection. Our records keep the country and region of that decision, never the IP address.
A click on a casino link is logged with the time, page, casino, link position, outcome, country and region. No IP address and no cookie identifier are logged.
If a request fails, our host keeps a technical record of it for up to 7 days, which can include the IP address; we read it only to fix the error.
As of 01 Nov 2026, the site measures visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and builds no visitor profile; it counts page views and page speed by page, referrer, browser, device type and country. The site runs no advertising scripts.
When you write to us
We keep your message and email address to answer you and to keep a record of how we handled the request (for example, a correction or a notice about content). We keep it while the request is open and for 3 years after it is closed, then delete it.
Legal bases
Delivering and protecting the site, choosing the page version for your region, measuring visits and counting clicks on paid links rest on our legitimate interests. Answering your message rests on our legitimate interest in replying, or on steps you ask us to take.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery, security and email forwarding) and our email provider (the mailbox that receives forwarded messages). Cloudflare runs a worldwide network, so data can be processed outside your country under Cloudflare's data processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority, for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the data protection authority of your country.
Age
The site is for adults of the legal gambling age in their province or country; we do not knowingly process data of minors.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date above changes and the previous version is available on request.
