Copyright, trademark and defamation notices go to the legal address. Notices under the EU Digital Services Act go to the DSA address.
What a notice must include
- what the notice is about: the work, the mark or the statement;
- the address of the page on our site;
- the basis of your notice and proof of your right;
- your contact details;
- your signature, physical or electronic.
Images
We confirm receipt of every notice within 2 working days. An image (a logo, a game cover or a screenshot) named in a valid notice is removed within 48 hours without dispute; the page and its text stay, and a text tile takes the place of the image.
Text, facts and verdicts
A notice that asks us to remove text (quotations from terms, facts or a verdict) gets an answer within 48 hours with our position. Our quotations of casino terms are short, attributed and used for review and criticism (fair dealing, s. 29.1 of the Copyright Act of Canada); facts carry their sources; opinions are marked as opinions.
