Right of reply
A verdict of Caution or lower is sent to you at the address in your terms or licence 2 business days before publication, after we have saved our snapshots. Above Caution, we write to you on the day of publication. The page shows “Operator response requested” with the date of our letter. You have 7 days for a first answer, and you can reply at any time later.
Your reply is published next to our text without edits. We hold back only personal data of third parties and content unlawful to publish, and say on the page where we did.
How to reply
Write from an address at your casino's domain, or from the address named in your licence or terms, so that we can confirm you represent the operator. Include the page address, the numbers of the facts you dispute and your evidence.
Corrections and recalculation
New evidence leads to a recalculation by the published method. A confirmed error is corrected within 48 hours of confirmation and marked on the page (Corrections).
What we do not do
We do not remove or change a page for payment, sell placements, or let a partnership affect a score. Scam Score is not for sale.
